The equipment of our tomography centre
TEC EUROLAB IS EQUIPPED WITH 3 TOMOGRAPHIC SYSTEMS
NSI X5000 – 240 KV
Microfocus system with Flat Panel detector, specifically designed to check components made of light alloys or composite materials, for which a high resolution is required, also useful for tomographic inspection prior to Failure Analysis
NSI X7500 – 450 KV
Mini Focus System with Flat Panel Detector and Linear Array Detector, optimal for checking medium density components such as titanium alloys and specifically for checking large components, thanks to the machine space available within a 9.0 m x 6.0 m bunker.
DIONDO LINAC D7 – 6,0 MeV
A unique system in Italy, with emission energies of up to 6.0 MeV, which makes it possible to push tomographic control beyond traditional limits and inspect components made of super alloys, such as Inconel, Chrome-Cobalt-Molybdenum, copper and similar alloys for dimensional and defect analysis. The large Bunker allows the positioning of components up to 1.0 m in diameter and 1.5 m in height and weighing up to 200 kg.

Work Station
In addition to the three tomographic systems, there are 10 specific work stations for the analysis of large tomographic volumes, surface calculations and characteristic analyses.
