Painting
Industrial painting: testing, inspection and analysis of specifications validation plans
The coating of products is subjected to contunuous external stresses, and testing its tightness is critical in determining the quality of the product itself.
At TEC Eurolab’s laboratories, all tests and analyses essential for evaluating the behavior of certain types of samples when subjected to certain climatic conditions, temperatures or stresses are carried out.
Expertise and instrumentation to support customer validation of painted components
The coating process is, by nature of the materials used and the application methodologies adopted, very heterogeneous and does not have unambiguously defined guidelines. Therefore, it becomes essential to control and develop application and verification methodologies, in order to ensure products that comply with company specifications, reducing problems related to operational Nonconformities and ensuring optimization of the result of the application process, in terms of durability and aesthetic quality.
TEC Eurolab can support the client inverifying the suitability of the infrastructure intended for storage, use and operation of facilities intended for the painting process, defining the best ways for the internal management of the process, through the drafting of self-control charts to be used during the processing cycles.
It can also provide technical support in selecting and correctly defining the best products to use for nonstandard machining.
Technical validation and performance testing for oem standards on painted components: aqf plans
In high-performance industries such as luxury automotive, aerospace, and defense, the quality of a material is not limited to its aesthetic conformity, but lies in its ability to maintain performance over time.
The aqf (supplier self-qualification) Plans, also known as ssq (supplier self-qualification) plans, are the essential means by which the manufacturer takestechnical responsibility for the component, certifying its operational durability through rigorous testing protocols.
Sideius acts as a strategic partner and single point of contact in this process, transforming complex specifications into structured validation paths that prevent design bugs and ensure the excellence of the final product.
At the TEC Eurolab laboratories, management is entrusted to a fully dedicated resource who serves as the collector of activities. This coordinator is supported by a cross-functional team whose expertise enables them to respond to the needs required by the plan in different areas: the material testing laboratory of TEC Eurolab (physical, mechanical, and chemical testing), the area for nondestructive testing (NDT such as tomography and liquid penetrant), and the test engineering department with functional testing.
