Using pneumatic and electromechanical actuators, we configure a test set-up that faithfully reproduces the stress state the component will encounter during its service life.
REAL-TIME CONTROL OF ACTUATOR MOVEMENT
The real-time actuator motion control system will allow you to manage up to 4 axes simultaneously, with loads ranging from a few newtons (required for biomedical components) up to 25kN (massive mechanical components). Static or dynamic test cycles can be programmed, according to a plan tailored to your specific needs.
MODULAR TEST BENCHES
TEC Eurolab takes full advantage of the modularity of specific test benches. In this way, any test setup can be set up to simulate all modes of mechanical stress. Furthermore, by interfacing auxiliary control systems to the benches, it is possible to set up torsion tests and functional wear simulation tests.
The laboratory also has various acquisition systems with sensors, to be able to guarantee the acquisition of the greatest quantity of information to provide a detailed picture of the distribution of stresses and deformations on the component.
