How can I obtain or maintain eligibility for the position of ATP expert?

In the General Gazette of No. 25/10/2013, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport’s Ministerial Decree of August 26, 2013 was published, amending some points of the Ministerial Decree of October 24, 2007, which has as its subject “Procedures for the Appointment of Experts for the Inspection of Isothermal Properties of Car Bodies of Motor Vehicles Operated for International or Domestic Transportation under Temperature Controlled Conditions.”

The August 26, 2013 Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport highlights the following: “by June 30, 2015: achieve and maintain appropriate certification issued by a third-party Body accredited according to UNI CEI EN 17024:2012 standard attesting the continuation of the suitability requirements of the Expert, already recognized as eligible by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to carry out the activities referred to in points 5 and 6 of Annex 1, Appendix 2, of the ATP Agreement.”

As a result of these changes, Sideius under its Valor brand is recognized by the Italian Accreditation Body to certify that it maintains the suitability requirements of the Expert figure.
