How can I obtain or maintain my qualification as an ATP expert?

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport’s Ministerial Decree of 26th August 2013 was published in the General Gazette on 25/10/2013. It amends several points of the Ministerial Decree of 24th October 2007 on “Procedures for the Appointment of Experts for Inspections of the Isothermal Properties of Car Bodies of Motor Vehicles Operated for International or National Transport under Controlled Temperature Conditions“.

The Ministerial Decree of 26th August 2013 of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport highlights the following: “by 30/06/2015: achieve and maintain suitable certification issued by a third party Body accredited according to UNI CEI EN 17024:2012 standard attesting the permanence of the suitability requirements of the Expert, already recognised as suitable by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to carry out the activities referred to in points 5 and 6 of Annex 1, Appendix 2, of the ATP Agreement“.

As a result of these changes, TEC Eurolab is recognised by the Italian Accreditation Body to certify that the suitability requirements of the Expert figure are maintained.
