For a brake system to operate according to the prescribed safety standards, it is imperative, in addition to conducting functional tests on the brake system itself, to also ensure that the materials used comply with the design requirements and that the components made with them can effectively perform their function even when subjected to harsh environmental conditions. TEC Eurolab technicians can carry out functional validation tests of all auxiliary equipment in the brake caliper system, such as static and cyclic pressurization tests on piping, endurance and shock vibration tests on assemblies, and provide complete characterization of all materials used, including chemical and contamination analysis of the brake fluids used.
