SIDEIUS wins Employer Branding Awards in the Supporting People Development category
We are very proud and honored to report that on Friday, February 20, People & Culture team Carlotta Conti and Barbara Sammarini participated in the Employer Branding Awards ceremony, the contest dedicated to organizations that are committed to promoting a person-centered work culture, coming in first place in the category Supporting Person Development!
We achieved this goal by presenting the project of semiannual interviews: a structured time of discussion between contact person and employee that aims to put the person at the center not only in his or her performance and skills but also, and above all, in the way he or she experiences daily work. During these periodic meetings, in fact, we take stock of work progress, difficulties encountered, relationships with others, future goals and learning opportunities through targeted training courses.
