Management and control organization model

On 03/31/20 the Board of Directors of the Company, approved the adoption of the “Model of Organization, Management and Control”; the construction and adoption of the MOG took place on a voluntary basis, proactively approaching the challenges of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability and anticipating the directives and regulations that companies, with increasing commitment, will have to fulfill (UN Agenda 2030). 231 has contributed to the spread of culture and responsibility and prevention within the company, paying special attention to the concreteness and ethicality of the rules and seeking integration into our Quality system. For TEC Eurolab, the MOG has a preventive and good management guidance function that has led to the analysis and improvement of some business processes. A disciplinary and sanction system has been established, as well as a Supervisory Board that continuously verifies the MOG, ensuring its suitability and continuous updating, for the benefit of our customers and various stakeholders who can find in TEC Eurolab a company that, with the adoption of the 231 Organizational Model, is further improved.
