SIDEIUS is now an industrial reality that inherits the technical-scientific heritage and operational rigor of TEC Eurolab, with the aim of integrating its services, knowledge and scientific method into a broader and more transversal scope.
SIDEIUS’s role in supporting the industry through its four business units TEC Eurolab, Valor, Skillantis, and BlueTensor-is reflected in the payoff Empowering Excellence: a partner that brings together expertise and specialized services to support companies in achieving high levels of technical reliability and competitiveness.
SIDEIUS not only provides services, but also supports organizations in consolidating technical soundness, increasing operational autonomy, and strengthening competitiveness over time. The TEC Eurolab business unit will continue to offer analytical and experimental support through destructive and non-destructive analysis to validate materials, components and manufacturing processes, as well as engineering services applied to testing and validation of complex assemblies. Skillantis provides advanced training to transfer technical and managerial skills to professionals and companies, consolidating human capital; Valor offers qualification of personnel, processes and systems, ensuring compliance with the standards required by global markets and international bodies; BlueTensor develops automated solutions for process and quality control, integrating sensor technology, machine vision and data analysis.
As of December 1, the company name will change from TEC Eurolab Srl to SIDEIUS Srl. This is a formal change that does not change the fiscal data or the corporate structure and ensures full continuity in relations with customers, suppliers and partners.
