The equipment pool that TEC Eurolab provides to its customers is extensive and state-of-the-art.
vibrophores
In TEC Eurolab there are machines for theexecution of fatigue tests that exploiting resonance (vibrophores) allow tests to be performed at high frequencies (100-130Hz), in short times and at high loads. Tests can also be performed at high temperatures up to 1000°C.
Vibrophores are used for performing Push-pull HCF (High Cycle Fatigue) fatigue tests to determine the fatigue strength properties of metallic and composite materials.
Depending on the state of material supply, specimens of cylindrical or flat geometry can be obtained.
It is also possible to employ vibrophores to perform fatigue tests on fasteners for the purpose of validating entire production batches.
- Push and Pull fatigue tests, taking advantage of the resonance frequency of the tested specimen (metal component, threaded and unthreaded) to test its fatigue strength properties.

ROTATING BENDING MACHINE
The rotating bending machine allows to perform fatigue tests with alternating stress on cylindrical specimens.
Unlike the other systems, the machine rotates the specimen along its axis by applying a certain bending moment to it.
STEPLAB MACHINES
TEC Eurolab has5kN and 15kN electromechanical recirculating ball actuators. These systems are mainly used to perform Fatigue testing of polymeric and composite materials.
The machines are equipped with a climatic chamber that allows tests to be performed from a temperature of -40° up to 180°C.
Dedicated equipment can be made to perform customized test according to customer specifications.
SERVOHYDRAULIC MACHINES
100 kN SERVOHYDRAULIC
TEC Eurolab provides the customer withservohydraulic testing machines with a 100kN bottom scale, with the possibility of performing the dynamic tests even at high temperatures, up to 1000°C, through the use of a furnace.
In addition to HCF testing, these machines equipped with special extensometers enable the following to be performed. LCF (Low Cycle Fatigue) tests and fracture mechanics tests.
500 kN SERVOHYDRAULIC
TEC Eurolab has a 500kN servohydraulic machine with which customized dynamic tests can be performed according to customer requirements.
The testing machine allows the insertion of components of large dimensions and thanks to the implementation of appropriate equipment, designed together with the customer, there is the possibility to constrain and test even components with complex geometry.
The great flexibility of the testing machine makes it possible to test wide types of components. That is why there are many industries involved, from Automotive to Aerospace, from Oil&Gas to Railway.
