Non destructive testing

Non-destructive tests (NDT) are used whenever there is the need to check a component, without interfering with it in any way. They are used during testing of the finished product, as well as in pre-processing tests in order to avoid subjecting parts or materials that have defects to further processing. They may also be used as in-line tests, for example, downstream of a process that presents risks for the integrity of the materials. The NDT are applied to metallic, non-metallic and composite materials with various technologies.

The Non Destructive Testing Dept. of TEC Eurolab is composed of qualified technicians at the 2nd and 3rd level, in accordance with regulations UNI EN ISO 9712 - ASNT SNT TC 1A - NAS 410 - EN 4179- Guidelines ANSF 02/2012. The technicians have access to the latest equipment for carrying out inspections in various conditions, both in the field and in the laboratory.
