Food contact suitability - Kitchen Utensils inox steel

Our client asked to check suitability for food contact of cutlery, cookware, etc. Inox steel according to the regulations in force in Italy and Europe.

The sample was then tested according to the DM 21/12/2010 Ranked # 258 and MD21-03-1973, by release test in 3% ACETIC ACID and determination of GLOBAL and SPECIFIC MIGRATION (chromium, nickel and manganese).

Then we released a certificate to our customer of compliance with food contact of the various samples in question.
