TEC Eurolab, among its many activities, has also certified skills for Springmakers who need to test their products.

Among the various expertise and tools useful to perform Tests on these particular items, springs of any size are tested through non-destructive testing (NDT) in our laboratories. These controls, having the function of indicators for abnormalities generated by mechanisms of fatigue, are often used for investigations of highly stressed components, like the springs.

Specifically, tests on springs are performed by using fluorescent magnetic applications to detect defects of mechanical fatigue, visible as crossed rugged evidences and eventually highlighting defects of mechanical processing on new production’s products not yet used.
