{"id":7887,"date":"2026-04-02T16:07:29","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T14:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teceudemo.com\/new-mysideius-app\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T14:14:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T14:14:25","slug":"new-mysideius-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tec-eurolab.com\/en\/new-mysideius-app\/","title":{"rendered":"New MySideius app"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>New MySideius app<\/h2>\n<p>Dear Customer,<br \/>\nis now available MySideius, the new application for Android and IOS systems that allows you to view and download digitally signed work plan reports directly from your smartphone.<br \/>\nThe app was created with a simple goal: to make access to results more immediate, without having to enter the restricted web area, which will be phased out in the coming months.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you can do with MySideius<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>View and download digitally signed reports directly from mobile<\/li>\n<li>Access work plans received in the last year: when you first log in you will already find those issued in the previous 12 months available (rolling availability: 1 year from date of publication)<\/li>\n<li>Receive push notifications when the report is first published or revised, to be updated in real time<\/li>\n<li>Turn notifications on or off at any time<\/li>\n<li>Forward the report, under your responsibility, if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Leave immediate starred feedback, useful for triggering any internal corrective actions (can also be entered later)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activity recipients will continue to receive email notification of report availability.<\/p>\n<h3>Who can register<\/h3>\n<p>All clients who received at least one work plan in 2025 can download and use the APP.<\/p>\n<p>Face ID or fingerprint can be enabled to facilitate later logins.<\/p>\n<h3>How to download and activate the APP<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Access your device&#8217;s store<\/li>\n<li>Search MySideius<\/li>\n<li>Enter the e-mail address to which you receive certificates<\/li>\n<li>Request PIN<\/li>\n<li>Enter the PIN received via email and create a personal password (min.10 characters\/max. 20 characters with at least one capital letter, one number and one special character)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The password is personal and is not in our possession.<\/p>\n<p>For technical information write to: <a href=\"mailto:support@sideius.com\">support@sideius.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In future confirmation mailings with expiration date and certificate download, references to the restricted area will be replaced with MySideius login details.<\/p>\n<p>We remain available for any clarifications<\/p>\n<p>The Sideius team<\/p>\n<h2>Download MySideius<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/it\/app\/mysideius\/id6754986550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><br \/>\nDOWNLOAD MYSIDEIUS FOR IOS<br \/>\n<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.tec_eurolab.sideius\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><br \/>\nDOWNLOAD MYSIDEIUS FOR ANDROID<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MySideius app now available for Android and IOS.
