Corporate Social responsability
What is CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) refers to the integration of ethical matters within the corporate strategic vision: it is a manifestation of the will of the company to effectively manage problems of social and ethic impact within the company and in the areas of activity.
"Socially responsible entrepreneurship" is, therefore, a strategy that ensures the economic success of an enterprise, but also taking care to respect the social and environmental principles. It means, in other words, to meet the needs of the customer and at the same time be able to manage the expectations of other subjects, such as the employees, the suppliers and the local community of reference. The corporate social responsibility means to make a positive contribution to the development of the company and manage its impact to the economic and institutional environment in which it operates. It can bring direct benefits to companies and ensure, the same time, the long-term competitiveness.
